Lombard, Illinois-based Pinnacle Packaging, Inc., announced it is expanding its operations to Wisconsin with the opening of a new location in Friendship. Pinnacle says the expansion allows it to provide customized packaging solutions to a wide range of industries while supporting local businesses. The company has also partnered with Amazon as an Amazon Hub Delivery Partner, to enhance last-mile delivery services for rural communities.

Pinnacle Packaging specializes in providing custom boxes, corrugated packaging, protective materials, and sustainable packaging solutions. By setting up a presence in Friendship, Pinnacle says it is making it easier for businesses in Adams County and surrounding areas to access reliable, high-quality packaging.
The company said Wisconsin’s diverse business landscape—home to agriculture, retail, and industrial sectors, all of which rely on secure and efficient packaging solutions—makes it an ideal location for the expansion.
While customers across the country can order Pinnacle’s products online, the company’s new service area means local clients can take advantage of face-to-face consultations and personalized service.
The expansion will bring job opportunities to the region, including roles in customer service, logistics, and delivery. The company has already hired part-time drivers to support Amazon Hub deliveries and expects to expand hiring as demand grows. “Creating local jobs is an important part of our mission,” DeJoris said. “We’re starting small, but as we grow, we hope to provide even more employment opportunities and contribute positively to the local economy.”
