Inovar Packaging Group, a packaging and label printing solutions provider, has acquired ModTek, a manufacturer of labels located in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey.
Specializing in pressure-sensitive and extended content labels, ModTek serves a diverse range of sectors.These include food, craft beer, wine, spirits, and consumer durable goods, with the company’s advanced printing technology complementing Inovar’s established capabilities.
Shawn Borman, who founded ModTek in 2006 alongside his mother Vicki Wilkinson, and became the sole owner in 2019, will remain in charge of the business.
