Weiherhammer, Germany based BHS Corrugated introduced the M2P-Maintenance to Productivity service.
“In an environment with rising costs, a shortage of skilled workforce and volatile demand, we offer entire support: from maintenance and spare parts supply to corrugator operations,” said Lars Engel, Managing Director, BHS Corrugated.
“Digital solutions such as iCorr MOS use machine data, (retrofittable) sensors, data analysis and AI, to enable predictive maintenance, provide dashboards and reporting, intelligent alarms and efficient spare parts management — for up to 30 percent less downtime, 27 percent less maintenance time and 13 percent fewer parts required.”
BHS said this smart maintenance is already a reality in many of the more than 70 M2P projects worldwide.
