AICC To Launch Next Generation Executives Program In Fall 2025

AICC has announced the upcoming launch of its Next Generation Executives Program, a premier 18-month educational experience designed to prepare high-potential professionals in the packaging industry for executive and C-suite leadership roles.

Officially beginning in Fall 2025, this program offers a comprehensive curriculum focused on the strategic, operational, and financial leadership skills essential for leading organizations.

The program will be facilitated by Matt Eichmann, Founder of Catalyst Point Leadership Advisors. With over 25 years of leadership experience across the military and global industry, Eichmann brings a distinctive approach to executive development grounded in authenticity, accountability, and action.

AICC members have two opportunities to hear an overview of the Next Generation Executives program, which was built specifically for AICC member companies, during virtual meet-and-greets with Matt Eichmann on Wednesday, August 27, and Friday, September 5.
