This year, North Salt Lake, Utah based Wasatch Container proudly celebrates 30 years of delivering high-quality custom packaging solutions in corrugated, foam and wood crates.
What began in 1995 as a small brown box manufacturer has become a trusted name in packaging, known for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer care.
Founded by Jerry Frisch, a Packaging Engineering graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Wasatch Container was built with a simple but powerful mission: to create packaging that performs and protects while helping customers stand out. That mission still drives them today.
Over the years, Jerry’s vision and strategic investments transformed the company into a leader in custom packaging. From their start in a single facility, they operate out of three specialized manufacturing plants in Salt Lake City, covering more than 225,000 square feet.
At the heart of this growth is a talented team of over 85 professionals, experts in design, production, and service, who go the extra mile for every customer.
Wasatch Container remains family-owned and operated, with Jerry joined by his children, Ryan and Lauren Frisch, as Vice Presidents, in leadership roles. The Frisch family’s hands-on approach has helped them remain agile, focused, and true to its values as they expand their capabilities. One of the cornerstones of their success is a focus on technology and innovation. By continuously investing in advanced equipment and more intelligent systems, they say they have increased production speed, improved product quality, and expanded their creative potential.
